Emma Pillsbury is a character on Glee. Emma is theWilliam McKinley High School guidance counselor. She is a known mysophobe around the school and her associates, and often takes drastic measures in order to ensure cleanliness in her life. She is often found assisting co-worker and crush Will Schuester in New Directions' daily activities and even counseling Will in his personal struggles on occasion.
