Sam Evans is a character on the Fox TV show Glee. He is a new transfer student in Season 2 at McKinley who was discovered by Finn while singing "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" in the shower in the boys' locker room.
He showed interest in joining the Glee Club in Audition, but didn't join New Directions until Duets. For most of Season two, he dated Quinn Fabray, but they broke up due to Quinn cheating on him with Finn. Sam is dyslexic, and has shown signs of Body Dysmorphic Disorder in The Rocky Horror Glee Show.
He showed that he was insecure about his mouth when he interrupted Santana during her performance of Trouty Mouth and his shirt in Born This Way reading "Trouty Mouth." In Rumours, the New Directions found out that his family has financial troubles and now live in a motel. This is because his father lost his job and their house was repossessed, and they had no where else to go. It was also the episode when Sam admitted it was the first time he had cried, after the Glee Club bought back his guitar.
As of New York, it has been revealed that he is secretly dating Mercedes Jones.
It has been confirmed that Chord Overstreet is not returning for Season 3.
Sam has been revealed to move out of state prior to the new school year meaning he won't be at McKinley anymore.
Quinn Fabray by Dianna Agron
Lucy Quinn Fabray (known as Quinn or Lucy Caboosey prior to high school) is a character on Glee. She is a member of the Glee Club, former president of the Celibacy Club and started off as captain of the Cheerios, but eventually left and became an ex-captain.
Quinn is known for her beauty and extreme popularity at McKinley High School. In Season 1 Quinn had a one-night-stand with Puck and became pregnant with his child, though at the time she was dating Finn Hudson. She later gives birth to the baby girl in Journey To Regionals, named Beth (by Puck), at the end of season one. She then decides to put Beth up for adoption and Shelby (Rachel's biological mother) adopts Beth.
In Season 2, Quinn is reinstated as head cheerleader because she told Cheerios Coach Sue Sylvester that Santana got a boob job during the summer break. She dates Sam Evans until she cheats on him with Finn. They break up and she later restarts a relationship with Finn. She campaigns for Prom Queen with Finn, but loses when it is turned into a prank to embarrass Kurt. She was devastated when she loses and takes her anger out on Rachel, telling her it's because Finn still has feelings for her. Finn breaks up with Quinn in Funeral, due to his lack of feelings for Quinn and stronger feelings for Rachel.
In Season 3, Quinn will have a new 'bad girl' look which involves new clothing that she have never worn before, a new hair color and she will not be wearing her gold cross necklace; instead it will be an upside-down-cross pattern on a dress.
